COMPANY policy includes the following criteria:

 

  • CHILD LABOR: The working age is as determined by law, and child labor is not allowed or supported.
  • EQUALITY: The company does not employ its employees under pressure in any respect. All employees are employed in suitable positions with their own consent under equal conditions.
  • OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY: It fulfills the legal requirements for the health and safety of all its employees, takes the necessary measures to prevent all health and safety risks of the personnel, supports their development with training opportunities and ensures occupational health and safety.
  • HYGIENE: The working environment of our employees is adequately equipped and every opportunity is provided to meet their basic needs under hygienic conditions.
